Local Fishermen
More tan 60% of the Landes supply comes from local fishermen. We have more tan 50 local suppliers who employ more tan 500 people.
To promote the associativity, we develop together with our suppliers customized boats that guarantee a safe work and a continuous supply for our operation.
Landes Mussels
We work with about twenty local farmers who grow mussels on the island of Chiloé and its surroundings. In our constant commitment to the environment, we do not buy raw materials from producers who use plumavit in their cultivation centers.
