Since 2018 we have been cultivating mussels, which are processed in our plant in Dalcahue.
More than 80% of what is processed is farmed by from small local producers, leading the purchase of local raw material.

The crystalline waters of the island of Chiloé are rich in phytoplankton and free of pollution, which makes them a unique place in the world for the cultivation of high quality mussels.
